poo photo but from it does you see any shit condensators of any real problems?
You can tell better by the smell, usually.
And I am used to HEAR "shit condensators".
They make some almost ultrasonic buzz, and I can hear in near ultrasonic.
You need to post a better photo man.
The way to tell if capacitors are blown is by the contour of the flat top.
If it's flat, it's good, if it's swollen into a bump, you know it's bad/going bad.
Also smell as the brit said but that's in extreme cases of overuse.
is there a way to tell before purchase?
that guy is far away i have no way to check it he say all is ok
but you can tell how trustworthy is a pole when he try to sell you something
can't see shit, captain
Ask him to run it and make a video it running.
Holy shit Poland it's impossible to tell with a photo that tiny.
If you're unsure just buy from somewhere else.
See it working first, obviously. If he refuses, don't buy it. This goes for all 2nd hand electronic devices.
using a capacitor bridge will let you test the inductance to see if it matches the spec.
some (even cheap) multimeters have them.
From the photo I think your motherboard has all-solid capacitor design, so shit condensers are highly-highly unlikely.
You need to post vastly better pics from upside and downside.
