Anybody here read it?
What did you think?
I can't even make myself finish Mein Kampf, and I'm sure it's far more important than this.
Mein Kampf is super cringy, not worth finishing.
It's like an sheltered autistic teenager's observations of the adult world in the 1920s.
I got through a quarter of the book before I recognized it for the unsubstantiated gossip that it is and put it away.
Idk, I'm reading the part where he tells about his thoughts on jews and soc-dem, pretty good thing. I remember hearing about some dude pulling off a prank where he reads some quotes from MK to a crowd of leftists without citing his sources, of course and they cheer.
Did you at least find it funny?
Hitler came from the Marxist movement. He became disillusioned with most of it, but kept a lot of the core Socialism. I'll end here, because it'll start a shitfest if I talk about the Socialist ideologies of Hitler. Mein Kampf was written at the lowest point in his life, just remember that and take it with a grain of salt.
At least by reading it I understood where the roots of the hatred towards the slavs come
I think most of it had to do with the division of Germany after the Great War. And how it started in the first place. A lot of US's Vietnam vets still hate Asians.
I'm waiting for the movie to come out.
As far as I've read, it's mostly about slavization of german Austrian lands. Also jews)) He's pretty much telling how he's butthurt about germans playing an insignificant role in the country's ruling, that's understandable.
yeah- it's very good. Well worth a read.
No, but I don’t find anything funny anymore (that’s a separate issue). Most of the “revelations” in the book had circulated in the news before this or are mundanely plausible. To make matters worse, it’s quite poorly written.
afaik mein kampf is poorly written and rambling, making it an unpleasant read
He get's to talking about Poland later, and the loss of Prussia. You can literally feel the intense butthurt coming out of the pages.
I pre ordered it and am currently browsing it.
It's worth reading. Every detail which the press covered in the nightly news is given a rationale. It's not a comprehensive book, and goes place to place, but by god. The story is incredible.
Mine Kampf is shit though.
It basically confirms what Sam Harris has been saying. Trump is the archetypical boy king, not evil or anything, just completely IQ89-tier.
Yes, it's not thrilling to read, feels like a history book, when I need to apply effort to keep understanding and keep reading. But I think it's an important book to read and understand, one of the most important books on the same level as Bible or Kapital. I won't read our commies' books though, as it's probably just a copypasta. Suggest more important books everyone must read.
Yeah in that same way of being amused setting ants or small animals on fire.
Trump is like an even dumber version of Joffrey Lannister.
No, he doesn't come off as malevolent in the book. Just as a complete idiot.
For example, Wolff says that Trump's staffers quickly noticed that he has a super short attention span and that they can't really communicate with him. So, what they did, was to start leaking stuff to the press so that the next day a certain topic was all over CNN and then Trump would be furious and said topic would be on teh agenda. Allegedly Bannon noticed this and sat them all down and told them to stop this shit.

That's the most fucking hilarious thing I ever read
if you're a fan of that statement you'd genuinely love the book. It's full of little bits like that.
Yeah. It was pretty interesting.
Yea it's pretty kindergardenesque, one might say.
Why isn't Trump friends with Sloppy Steve Bannon anymore?
Wolff said that in the Trump administration basically a civil war between the Jews (Kuschner etc.) and the Ultra-Nationalists (bannon etc.) broke out, and that he Jews won.
I am not kidding by the way. I was kinda baffled that he would write such drastically woke stuff in the book.
political analyse is quite accurate and there is lots of common sense
what a fucking cuck trump is
can we make steve bannon the ceo of krautchan?
Former CEO of Breibart
