Why did the United States invest in Germany after World War II? Not Poland?
Because Poland is shit, also Warsaw pact.
We invested in France and UK a little bit though, but mostly we had to make our Germany better than Soviet Germany.
We are investing in Poland, they NATO nao.
USSR didn't allow, also US cared more about east asia
They're getting their dollars, don't worry.
We offered Marshall plan aid to them. But commie butthurt forced them to refuse it.
USSR didn't allow it.
Don't worry, at least 30% of Americans thinks Poland is in East Asia.
>Why did the United States invest in Germany after World War II
To jump start the Global Economy
Post ww2 Us redesigned countries like Germany,Korea and Japan to create cheap goods which then the American people could buy.
Germans worked and sold cars - in return they got dollars. This made sense as long as the dollar was pegged to gold. But then the US terminated that.
Which basically meant that Germany sold cars and in return got pieces of coloured paper.
>Germany sold cars and in return got pieces of coloured paper
Poor things. They really suffer on Germany.
>Which basically meant that Germany sold cars and in return got pieces of coloured paper.
It's their fault for forgetting we're Anglos under that 56% skin and rolls of protective fat..
I don't think Americans are capable of thinking
Just remember, Poland signed up for the ride.
That was before.
Germany diversified its markets and economy.Especially with the Euro.
Korea and Japan not so much.Hence they are still under US influence.
And why would they do that?
Poland had nothing offer them when it was part of the SU.
Now they can at least act as a meatshield and slave labour source.
As if they could do anything about it. You still didn't return their gold that you stole and don't even plan to.
They could have started by returning the industrial plants and resources they dismantled and took away soviet-style from 1945 into the 50's
>Why did the United States invest in Germany after World War II? Not Poland?
We offered to include Poland in the Marshall Plan. Poland refused.
