ffs find a Russian mod for /int/ (where? IRC whatever) whose only purpose would be banning Russians and Ukrainians who come from 2ch.hk with the only desire to share with /int/ some poorly translated news on political shit

All who applied up to now were clinically insane.

Who the hell could be arsed to do that shit in the first place?
If I was a mod, I wouldn't bother looking into those threads even if you actually paid me.

Just ban all Russians again, best solution.

It would be a never ending, brutal task for every mod. Even though 2ch.hk has a separate board for all Ukrainian politicshit and propaganda this solution here would also lead into endless banwork and discussions.
Who seriously wants to be a mod for such 24/7 work here?

it's not that there are really 50 Russians and Ukrainians in each thread about Ukraine, more like 3-4 retards from /int/ and maybe some 5-6 passersby from 2ch.hk

and those passersby are the problem (I'd ban those prominent "specialists" on Russian-Ukrainian affairs as well though)

But we do have daily threads (the last ones even numbered), which reach the 300 limit + several side threads about certain aspects of the conflict. So the topic is in demand, and gets handled.
Of course it has been the dominating topic on /int/ ever since spring, but it has been similar with the arba spring for example.
People are bored, and if there is happening, they want to see it and talk about it.
And adding a Russian moderator in this highly emotional conflict, would propably lead to biased moderation and butthurt. I'd leave it as it is, because threads are as orderly as they can get.

NO! The topic is NOT in demand here. That is the point. We only have Russian putting out their provocative threads on 10-minute level and then the rest of the Russians rush in and Ukrainians respond. People are generally sick and tired of this.

And the worst part is that these threads still reach 300 replies every fucking time.
The only truly reasonable solution is to ban all Russians.

uk/ru is serious business. bernd gets all his info about that topic from int. therefore you cant ban them all.

Anyone with more than 2 active neurons stopped used /int/ as a reliable source for news about ru/ua.
Not only are they full of mindless shit/butthurt with little insight (serious discussion) to be found - but slavs degenerate those threads into cyrillic shitstorms, so they're hard to keep track too.

Anyone with more than 2 active neurons stopped used faz.de/bild.de/rt.com/kremlin.ru/etc as a reliable source for news about ru/ua.
Not only are they full of mindless shit/butthurt with little insight (serious discussion) to be found - but media degenerate those sites into floods of advertising/mindless shitstorries, so they're hard to keep track for real news too.
