I don't understand. You made like a 200 calorie smoothie, of course the effort ratio is shit. Maybe you just need a bigger mixer. Should be 500 calories at least, so you get something out of it. It's like making a tiny sandwich with all the ingredients and then complaining that it's too small. You gotta make a full lunch sandwich so it pays off

Every morning I habe a banana, a scoop of protein powder and two cups of almodn milk. its fine until lunch time.
It also prepares me for drinking shitty mixed drinks. Today I had 1/3rd cola, 1/3RD VODKA AND 1/3RD orange juince. It looked like sewerage water and tasted terrible too. but I managed to down t tbhanks to my training.

That's the worst thing about milk shake. You drink it in a minute and then it's all gone even though you desire for more. Life is better without milkshake. It's like heroin.
